This video is an attempt to highlight the key issues in Pakistani higher education along with the possible solutions/recommendations.

1- Very expensive, money making machines, no funding.High tuition fees, no proper funding and scholarship mechanism. Critique on Ehsaas scholarship program (only for poor)
2- Gap between Industry and Academia. Industry does not support academia, does not offer any funding for research and development.
3- Discouraging research environment. Universities discourage research, Professors are busy in teaching. Students avoid research, choose course based degree. Professors are not giving enough time to students who are doing research

4- Lack of technical infrastructure Lack of research labs. Lack of software and hardware. Universities do not provide internet facility to students, students don't go to library, they use mobile to get information so they need good internet, PERN bandwidth goes without use

5- Problems with online education. No proper training for teachers and students. Teachers are not fully equipped. Students do not have computers at homes

6- Language barrier. Students from remote areas cannot understand English. Medium of instruction is English, Teachers are compelled to deliver lectures in English, students' presentations and exams are in English language
7- No goals for higher education, what are we making? What they can do after this degree?Are we producing clerks? Will they get jobs after such research skills? training?

Suggestions

1- Reduce tuition fees
2- Bring scholarship and funding programs for every student, for both rich and poor
3- Reduce gap between industry and academia
4- Encourage research, upgrade teaching methodology to teach latest research techniques including research software

5- Upgrade research labs, provide research software to faculty and students
6- Provide internet to students (library fees goes in vain, give internet instead of library services)
7- Provide training to teachers and students for online education.
8- Remove language barrier
9- Set goals at university end, aim to produce graduates who are equipped with knowledge and skills.

The Edhi Foundation provides 24-hour emergency assistance across the entirety of Pakistan and internationally. The Foundation provides, among many other services, shelter for the destitute, hospitals and medical care, drug rehabilitation services, and national and international relief efforts. The organization's main focuses are emergency services, orphans, handicapped persons, women's shelters, education, healthcare, international community centres, refugees, missing persons, blood donation & drug rehabilitation banks, air ambulance services and marine and coastal services. The organization is known to serve those in need regardless of race, religious affiliation, and social status, and runs entirely on donations and volunteer efforts. While the Edhi Foundation's primary focus is in Pakistan as well as the rest of South Asia, it has an extensive presence throughout the Middle East and Africa. However, it has also provided financial and supplementary aid to countries in Europe and the Americas in the event of natural disasters (such as Hurricane Katrina in 2005) or other issues. As of 2020, the Edhi Foundation has international head offices present in the United States, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, Canada, Australia, Nepal, India, Bangladesh, and Japan.

BUTTER CHICKEN RECIPE is very famous recipe all in the world .BUTTER CHICKEN RECIPE RESTAURANT STYLE is very simple . HOMEMADE BUTTER CHICKEN RECIPE is spicy but very delicious recipe.
INGREDIENT* step 1 --- chicken 1 kg or 2 lb. --- yogurt 1 cup ---
lemon 1/2 --- butter 2 tbsp. -----
SPICES FOR CHICKEN MARINATION * red chili powder 1 tsp. ---
salt 1 tsp. --- gram masala powder 1 tbsp. --- coriander powder 1 tbsp. --- sugar 1 tsp. --- cumin seeds 1 tsp. --- ginger powder 1 tsp. -
garlic powder 1 tsp .---- turmeric powder 1/2 tsp. --- food color orange , red or yellow 1/4 tsp. ----
STEP 2 * INGREDIENT FOR GRAVY MASALA * onion 1 large ----
tomatoes 4 large ---- cream milk 1/2 cup --- almond 1/4 cup ----
butter 200 g --- oil 1 tbsp.--- fresh coriander 1/4 cup. --- green chili 2
SPICES FOR GRAVY * red chili powder 1 tbsp. --- salt 1 tsp. ----
gram masala powder 1 tsp. --- dry methi 1 tbsp. ----
EP 1 : The first set of ingredients you would need for this is...

1) Chicken 1kg

2) Yogurt 1cup

3) Butter 2 tbsp

4) Lemon juice 1/2

5) Butter chicken masala (you can purchase it from store or you can simply make it at home)

To make the masala at home you'll need : Garam masala powder, Corrinder powder, Cumin seeds/Cumin powder, Red chilli powder, Salt according to your taste, Ginger powder, Garlic powder, Sugar (all 1tsp), Turmeric powder (1/2tsp) and lastly you can add food color (1/4tsp) red or orange if you wish to.


MARINATE : Now add all the above ingredients into the chicken and marinate it and refrigerate for half an hour to 1 hour.


STEP 2 : After an hour, take the marinated chicken out of the fridge and shallow fry or bake the chicken. If you prefer to shallow fry then you need to fry it for atleast 15 to 20mins. Make sure it should be cooked atleast 70-80%

Once its done, keep it aside.


STEP 3 : Now take a blender jar and add 1/4 cup of cashew or soaked almond (remove the skin) or you can add both of equal quantity and make a fine paste, and keep it aside in a cup.


STEP 4 : The next set of ingredients you'll need here is...

1) 1 Large Onion

2) 4 Large Tomatoes

3) Fresh Cream according to you taste.

4) Cashew Almond Paste

5) Butter - 200gms

6) Oil - 1tbsp

7) Corrinder Leaves

8) Spices (Redchilli powder, Garam masala powder, Dry fenugreek leaves, and Salt)


METHOD : Take a sauce pan, heat a little, add oil and half butter of the given quantity, then add the chopped onions, saute till it becomes light golden color, now add the chopped tomatoes and the dry spices and add little water, saute a bit, then cover the pan and let it cook for atleast 7-8mins till the tomatoes get mashy.


Once done, turn off the flame and let it cool down. Then transfer this sauce into a blender jar and blend it into a thick paste, or you can simply use a hand blender if you want.


Now transfer the blended sauce again into the same pan, switch on the flame, and add the remaining butter and then add the fried chicken in it and saute it for 5-6mins, then add cream and the prepared cashew almond paste. Add water, saute and let it cook for 10mins.


Once done, turn off the flame. Plate it and garnish it with some fresh chopped corrinder leaves and Voila butter chicken is ready!
